HISTORY AND PLATO ARE KNOCKING TO DOOR OF EU (AND USA)
History is not finished and Plato cycle of government types (aristocracy-oligarchy=democracy-tyrannny) seems to resist to time passing. So both are knocking to the world main areas. History with the wars, Plato thinking, reinforced by Polibio , Vico, Machiavelli, is confirmed by the disastrous results of democracies degenerating in chaos and accelerating the entropy growing of the world. This is particularly true for EU, engulfed by its own politicians and connected decisions in a general crisis of energy strategy, industrial economy destruction, number and culture of immigrants and following impoverishment of populations. But similar problems are growing in USA. Plato was in favour of a Philosophies Government, an aristocracy based on the top knowledge of its times. And now we have Musk, at the top of business pushed by scientific innovation, supporting in the short term Trump, a top business man and excellent negotiator. Trump has only four years to give energy to systems, fighting against the woke entropy. Musk perhaps thirty years, so he can enlarge the vision and put more ambitious objectives of a total world redesign.
If we want to overcome the idiots comments to the so socially defined ‘crazy’ vision of President Trump, we must understand that we are just at the beginning of a titanic effort to redesign and rebuild the world according true human values and capabilities, which built our past and present civilisation. As Italian I am happy to see the appreciation of Musk for ancient monuments and structures of Roman Empire,and for Italian heritage, very respected also in South Africa, its country of origin. From Francis Fukuyama ” The end of history and the last man” of 1992, USA society degenerated very rapidly in its Universities and government structure to a third world culture and habits, destroyed also by drugs and schools ruin, toward the woke non-culture, reflected politically by Obama theory of chaos to be generated in other countries to improve USA domination. Thirty five years of non sense, refusal of western civilisation, reaching the top in the pushing of Russian Federation to China, losing a potential ally in favour of not assimilable islamic cultures and South American fiestas. Dreams of universalism always destroyed by reality of conflicts and wars, based on an idea of History as a linear progress to democracy everywhere. Ideology which put in conflict the politicians and bureaucrats of Bruxelles enthusiastic of this dream with all the European States, well rooted in their peculiar history and cultures.
If we try to understand deeply what happens now and in the future ten years, we can appreciate the provocating requests of Trump about Greenland, Canada and Panama channel. Certainly nothing new for History, the first being mentioned already in 1956, Panama on an American administration from the escavation, Canada a key territory in the new Arctic hot geopolitical area. A Danish administration of Greenland quite a continuous holocaust for Innuits, used as medicine testers and B citizen by government, of which EU should be ashamed from many years. Of course these first requests tend to be symmetric to Russian approach to new security treaty between them an USA and to facilitate the peace in Ucraina. But in the long term Musk vision Greenland is a piece of a Europe to be redesigned cancelling the disastrous EU experience, reinforcing connections and tutoring with UK, Italy, Spain, Poland, all nations in strong difficulties and deep technology gap, to be balanced by Musk ideas and activities. It’s not a techno right, is a technoaristocracy the Musk model, where the savy Prince fight with barons in favour of common people interests. The Lotaringian banana France-Germany can remain for the moment, so as Scandinavian peculiarities, pushed to protect the Baltics. Central-eastern Europe need a restoring Austrian-Hungary power to assure its development, in full respect of Russia new world position , possibly detached from China. In Asia full cooperation with Turkey reprisal of Ottoman Empire from Balkan to China, as with Israel and Saudi in Middle East stabilisation. Toward China I think will be in the mind of Musk more a cooperation than a conflict, so the two biggest powers can govern together the world, breaking all this BRICS weak union, concentrating investments on Africa stabilisation and economic potential.
