Research
From 1987, winning the cathedra of Associate Professor at Udine University, he developed research themes regarding applications of advanced management models:
- Logistic Processes organisation models internal and intra-firms.
- Impact of new technology on firm organisation.
- Human Resources management models and Change management.
In Genoa teaching experience, from 1990, he added various researches on SME in Liguria region.
In Bergamo teaching experience, from 2001, continuing the previous research areas, he created many start up in Biopark of Ivrea, in Trieste research area and in Carpi, all high tech firms.
Chairman of GITT, Technology Transfer Group of Bergamo University for SME assistance. Retired from 2010.
In San Marino Republic contract professor at Management Engineering Faculty, he teached Finance for Innovation from 2012 to 2023.
